Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in Heavy Machines for onsite purposes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling maintaining and servicing heavy machinery such as Poclains JCBs cranes excavators compactors and other similar equipment. This role requires a handson approach and indepth knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanisms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of heavy machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Follow up with scheduled service checks and preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues providing timely and accurate solutions.
  
• Operate heavy machinery as required adhering to safety and operational protocols.
  
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure machinery is available and functional according to project timelines.
  
• Continuously update knowledge on heavy vehicle mechanisms and industry advancements.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards always.
  

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 3 years experience in mechanical engineering specifically with heavy machines.
  
• Proficiency in the maintenance operation and repair of heavy machinery like Poclains JCBs cranes etc.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to project needs.
  
• Ability to relocate to Trichy Tamil Nadu.
