Key Purpose:

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and testing mechanical components and systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems according to project requirements.
• Utilize industryleading software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create detailed designs and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure designs meet performance cost and manufacturability targets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform risk assessments to identify potential design flaws.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive design documentation including drawings specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly process ensuring seamless integration of designs into production.
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical design technology contributing to our culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design with a minimum of 5 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required with additional familiarity with software such as Revit Creo and Inventor considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
