We are hiring for Vendor Data Management role for a MNC in Goregaon.
Responsibilities are as follows
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This position is task oriented carrying out activities clearly defined within a job/role description. Managing Master Data with duly assessed and accurate information collected from internal & external resources. Making outbound calls to validate information before updating the records. Should be responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets ensuring they are doing the right thing for customers and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:

Calling overseas clients & vendors to verify bank details before updating on ERPs.
Management of Customer & Vendor accounts with accurate records of information.
Creation of Customer/Supplier accounts & amendments on existing records available in the ERPs.
Validation of mandatory documents required for creation and amendment of Master data.
Adhere to quality standards by following standard operating procedures and mandatory vetting formalities before updating Master data.
Liaising with onshore and offshore contacts to collect missing or additional information.
Provide timely and precise responses to all customer/vendor queries and deal with exceptional cases.
Establish internal checks and controls inorder to prevent fraud while dealing with payments.
SKILLS QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Strong communication skills in English to make outbound calls for verification of mandatory information across countries.
Commerce graduate from a recognized university with 12 years of experience with sound knowledge of basic accounting process
Prior experience of liaising with external clients & vendors.
Knowledge of P2P O2C & R2R cycle would be an added advantage.
Computer skills especially MS excel.
ESSENTIAL:

Strong interpersonal /business skills both oral and written with very good telephone skills
Ability to work on own initiative in a Team environment.
Good organizational and Management skills.
Strong negotiation skills
Analytical approach / good problemsolving skills
Excellent reporting skills
Competent in Microsoft Office advance excel skills (V Lookup pivot tables etc.)
