Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct indepth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market demands to inform sales strategies.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Assist in the identification and qualification of potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand the sales process.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of sales documents and contracts.
  1. Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales data.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Proactively seek feedback and implement suggestions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a focus on Sales Marketing or a related field.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Eagerness to learn and a proactive resultsoriented mindset.
