JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Marketing/Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial role in planning implementing and managing the integration of

diverse systems and applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a

strong technical background excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategies for integrating various software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Possess a deep understanding of different technologies and systems to facilitate effective integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration tools and methodologies.
• Lead and coordinate integration projects from inception to completion. Define project scope goals and deliverables. Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing events & operations to ensure successful integrations.
• Facilitate communication between teams to address challenges and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during integration processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes configurations and troubleshooting guides. Train relevant teams on new integrations and functionalities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Resultsoriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
