PHL is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. Collaborating with various stakeholders such as Sales Investments and Accounting you will play a pivotal role in spearheading all marketing initiatives at PHL. With the assistance of agencies and freelancers you will conceptualize execute monitor and refine marketing campaigns across diverse platforms to achieve meaningful results. You ll develop beautiful and compelling brand and trade campaigns that are aligned with PHL s overall business objectives. PHL is expanding and is excited to welcome you as a key contributor to their success!

Some of the exciting challenges your role will include:

• Create and refine marketing & brand development strategies; execute and refine innovative promotional campaigns; boost marketing effectiveness and drive sales growth in existing and new markets.
  
• Enhance the visibility and reputation of the company through various media channels and online platforms.
  
• Execute digital marketing initiatives across different channels to create brand visibility and generate interest and customer acquisition. Channels will include SEO email social media video SEM mobile print and other relevant platforms.
  
• Build a businesstobusiness (B2B) strategy that delivers results using thoughtful planning execution and management. Execute the company s B2B marketing strategy and programs.
  
• Develop highquality attractive and eyecatching content for websites social media marketing materials and other platforms.
  
• Apply graphic design principles to create visually appealing wellbranded cohesive accurate and impactful marketing materials that align with established marketing strategy. These materials include magazine ads social media posts trade show materials investor presentations fund fact sheets etc.
  
• Compose evaluate and enhance creative content for diverse marketing materials and platforms that cultivate connections within the target market and generate leads for sales.
  

• PostSecondary education with an emphasis in marketing or equivalent.
  
• 4 years experience in marketing brand strategy development management of marketing campaigns design of content that is compelling accurate and creative. Experience in financial services sector considered a strong asset.
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Dreamweaver Illustrator) Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) email marketing website design Google Analytics and standard desktop applications as well as search engine marketing and optimization.
  
• WordPress expertise including plugins and 3rd party marketplace.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build & execute a B2B marketing strategy and program considered an asset.
  
• Ability and experience in creating visually appealing and captivating content for social media websites and other platforms.
  
• Knowledge of current best practices in customer acquisition methods.
  
• Knowledge of video production.
  
• Strong blend of creativity consistency design and organization skills.
  
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build relationships with various individuals inside and outside the organization.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including command of spoken & written English with copy accuracy.
  
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize time sensitive matters.
  

This is a fulltime hybrid opportunity (Monday to Friday) with the successful candidate working on site 4 days a week.
