Marketing Sales Manager

• Conduct indepth market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape within the electric bike logistics industry.
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our EV bike logistics services. This includes creating marketing plans budgeting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand our client base in the logistics and EV bike sector.
  
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling our logistics services.
  
• Manage a team of marketing and sales professionals providing guidance training and support to achieve departmental goals.
  
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns including online and offline marketing initiatives advertising and content marketing.
  
• Develop and implement lead generation programs to identify potential clients nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  
• Identify and pursue new market segments and geographic areas for expansion ensuring a diversified client portfolio.
  
• Monitor analyze and report on marketing and sales performance regularly making datadriven decisions to optimize strategies and tactics.
  
• Manage the marketing and sales budgets effectively ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
  
• Any other task assigned to you by the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in marketing Business or a related field.
  

• Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and sales management ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
  

• Strong understanding of the electric bike market and logistics.
  

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and sales strategies.
  

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  

• Proficiency in marketing and sales tools CRM software and analytics platforms.
  

• Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
