This is a remote position.
The Marketing Manager for South and LATAM region will direct the implementation of marketing strategies to support business growth. This roles responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. The successful candidate will help the company build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing Channels.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional team (Product Services Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Mr. Shrinkwrap s revenue goals
- Create manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
- Manage all vendor deliverables including social media blog SEO SEM email and drive content creation
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations reports and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
- Research a variety of organic and pad acquisition channels like content creation pay per click campaigns event management publicity social media lead generation campaigns copywriting performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Requirements
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional partners prioritize high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward
- Strong Magento skills
- Strong growth track record with samples and results of past campaigns
- Outstanding written oral and organizational ability
- Knowledge of HTML CSS Google Analytics Photoshop
- Proficient with Analytics
- 5 years experience in SEO growth marketing
