Marketing Manager

We are a Recruitment company based in Sri Lanka and searching for a Marketing Manager profile for one of the leading FMCG Company in Sri Lanka. Below is the summery of the Job Description

he ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns evaluate our marketing performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Leading and managing marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and innovation.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and partners.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing management / Category Management role .
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred.
