We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Hourly salary of $46.61 to $67.89 (based on experience).
4month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Hybrid work: 3 remote days 2 office days (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Lead endtoend marketing campaigns and initiative from strategy to execution drive business results.
Own endtoend management of Marketing program execution including setup A/B testing conversion flows and optimization.
Serve as a strategic expert and lead on initiatives that not only drive sales growth.
Communicate key insights and relevant facts effectively to different audiences including crafting comprehensive and compelling narratives and proposals with a keen eye for strategic positioning.
Manage multiple projects concurrently from ideation through execution while reporting on key milestones to internal stakeholders
Relationship Management & Influencing Skills
Work closely with internal partners (Product Sales Data Analytics Compliance) and external partners (Creative and Media agencies) on marketing campaigns and programs.
Influence without authority ability to motivate and manage crossfunctional teams.
Build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders including advisors to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration.
Work closely with Research & Insights team to enhance understanding of advisor and customer perceptions preferences and behaviors with emphasis on priority segments.
Growth & Datadriven Mindset
Encourage a revenuefocused culture and growth mindset within the marketing team.
Work with data to analyze needs of customer prospects business and effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Translate core insights into actionable marketing briefs that ensure insightdriven marketing.
Manage multiple projects concurrently from ideation through execution while reporting on key milestones to internal stakeholders
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in marketing business communications or a related field.
5 years of strategic marketing experience in the financial services marketing agency or tech industry with a focus on revenue generation or B2B marketing.
Excellent communication stakeholder and project management skills.
Strong organizational agility and adaptability to evolving market dynamics.
Experience in influencing stakeholders and making strategic recommendations that contribute to business growth.
Analytical skills and ability to apply datadriven decisionmaking to solve complex challenges.
Drive for continuous learning improvement and staying updated on current trends and technologies.
CM or PMP certification is an asset.
Google Certifications are an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
