Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials including but not limited to advertising copy promotional materials and digital content.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and vendors.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management with a minimum of X years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools including SEO SEM social media marketing email marketing and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing data and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals is preferred.
