Marketing Insights and Analysis Manager
London - Hybrid (3 days in office)
45k plus up to 20% bonus
The primary purpose of the Marketing Insights and Analysis Manager is to provide insight and analysis to advise the marketing and financial planning and inform the segmentation strategy.
You will manage 1 Marketing Campaigns and Insight Analyst and work with their data agency to summarise and inform the business of the database heath. You'll be the key lead in understanding the performance of their customer segments across all platforms, understanding sales, profit and LTV performance, and keeping the business informed.
This role is crucial to help ensure they are making the right macro and micro data-led decisions, by analysing the value of their customer segments and the effectiveness of their campaigns. You will also support the department with the budgeting and forecasting process for Customer Marketing.
