Graduate Program Details:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the industry.
  

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media content that align with the companys brand and goals.
  

• Participate in marketing activities related to Kounsel.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support strategic decisionmaking and business development efforts.
  

• Stay updated on industry news market developments and emerging technologies to inform research projects and analyses.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  

• Must have graduated within the past two years during the time of application.
  

• Excellent English communication skills and can effectively with remote team members
  

• Interest and familiarity with one of the Marketing areas:
  

  • Content Marketing: Blogs/Website Social Media and Video content
    

  • Email Marketing
    

  • Digital Marketing: SEO/SEM
    

  • Product Marketing: Product Strategy Research Gotomarket strategy
    

  • Product Analytics
    

  • Customer Success: Communications Event Planning Content Development
    

  • Performance Marketing: Advertisement Lead Generation
    

General Requirements:

• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Previous internship or academic experience in at least one of the Marketing areas is a plus but not required.
  

• Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer reliable internet connection quiet conducive space).
