Local Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and driving direction execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising BTL promotions media plan social media and influencer marketing.
Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets from print to stores to web.
Work with regional team on POSM video and products asset for local executional.
Work closely with Sales team to support local activities roadshow & in store activities.
Manage budget and track KPI ROI against marketing campaigns / spending.
Ensure and track retail display excellence.
Respond to customers queries and comments on social media marketing email and any other channels.
Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities share best practices and recommend action plans to the team.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor s Degree/Diploma with specialization on Business or Marketing
Min 2 years of experiences in a similar role
Proficient in MS office Meta & Google business management platforms and any other social media management platforms.
Detail oriented organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
