Job Title: Event Coordinator

Department: Marketing and Communication

Main Mission: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing events related to the promotion of BYD electric vehicles aiming to enhance brand awareness and foster customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed plans for events taking into account marketing and communication objectives.

Coordinate all logistical aspects including space reservation vendor management and staff coordination.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage event budgets ensuring efficient use of resources.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing communication and sales teams to ensure consistency in messages and objectives.

PreEvent Promotion:

Implement preevent promotion strategies to maximize participation and impact.

DayofEvent Coordination:

Supervise setup manage guests and ensure the smooth running of the event on the day.

PostEvent Evaluation:

Collect and analyze participant feedback assess results against set objectives and provide postevent reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in event management marketing communication or a related field.

Previous experience in event coordination preferably in the automotive or clean technology industry.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity and ability to quickly problemsolve.

Working Conditions:

Fulltime position.

Availability to work outside of regular office hours during events.
