Purpose of Job:
Implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Increasing brand awareness boosting profits.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and technical content.
Content Creation and content management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Lead Management:
Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound marketing campaigns and initiative.
Identify strong potential prospects using various data mining options and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities.
Manage nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
Assess and analyse a prospect current process and requirements; and accordingly find the brand fit.
Provide engaging and articulate information about Companys value proposition to potential customers.
Maintain well organised uptodate and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.
Collaboratively work with the marketing team and EI leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
2. Marketing Management:
Design and implement all marketing strategies and manage all communication plans for all markets and ensure achievement of all business objectives for revenue markets.
Prepare all Technical presentations and collaterals.
Identify and participate in trade shows events.
Develop all product development programs and implement same for markets and prepare all sales plans for development programs for customers and suppliers.
Design all level marketing programs for industries and coordinate for all lead generation activities.
Provide support to all launches of new products and releases for both internal and external markets and maintain knowledge of all competitor activities and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
Administer all marketing collaterals and coordinate with sales departments to facilitate customer pipeline.
Provide support to all industry personnel and participate in all product marketing activities and monitor all product release deliverables and participate in various industry events and trade shows.
Collaborate with product owners and sales team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and manage all communication for industry in term of press releases and target media outreach.
3. Communication:
Provide consistent concise accurate internal and external communications.
Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone email telephone conferencing webinars and face to face to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
Providing consistent concise accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn Twitter etc
Adhere to company policies procedures culture and business ethics.

Role Requirements:
Act liaison between marketing sales and higher management
Coordinate with sales team to meet business objectives devise sales strategy & processes cold callings enquiry handling proposals sales team building and mentoring etc.
Data mining and identifying business opportunities to generate leads in various sectors guiding team to connect with the right person for pitching collaborating with in sales and technical team for preparing pitch presentations/proposals on the job mentoring to the field sales team help team to generate reports and structure for higher management reviewing oversee all active proposal conversion processes within the team etc.

Good Communication and leadership skills is a must. Creative thinker.
Work on advanced data visualization business dashboards and storyboarding for meeting deadlines.
To work on Master Data management and maintenance
Achieving qualified sales lead gen targets.
Generate sales reports & adhoc data analytics to build insightful plans and strategies for identification of business opportunities and/or future brand/business building.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships
Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations our product solutions changes innovations and trends.

Required Experience:
Engineering in Mechanical / Instrumentation
7 8 Years of experience in content creation and management for industrial products.
Experience of BtoB Marketing preferably in Industrial products / EPC projects for manufacturing companies and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems and ERP systems.
Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
Required Skills:
Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication presentation networking and negotiation skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive wellmotivated attitude.
Conscientious hardworking and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office google programs and social networking tools. Experience of Salesforce would be preferred but not essential.
Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language especially speaking listening and writing skills.
Willingness to travel and work with global professionals.
Must be passionate about the automation industry and automation products.
