Job Description Marketing Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives
• Create and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing collateral production
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proficiency in using marketing software/tools

Desired Experience:

Minimum 12 years of experience in a marketing role

Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
