Type: 9 months contract on W2

Role Summary:

Universal Products & Experiences Franchise Strategy team drives the global vision and strategic development and execution of our franchise strategy and marketing plans to cultivate brand growth and drive revenue throughout the franchise ecosystem. We are a team of makers thinkers leaders and rebels whose passion is to ignite ideas every day in a culture that celebrates creativity fresh thinking executional excellence and each other.

The role will support the Illumination Global Franchise Strategy team during high volume film window.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategy & Marketing
    • Assist in Marketing submission asset review in MediaBox
    • Create or assist with key presentations and presentation assets
    • Support asset management for product development and pitch materials
    • Organize and manage marketing materials and feedback
    • Maintain master calendar and franchise tools
    • Assist with onsite activations and events
    • Liase with Franchise Management group
  • Brand Stewardship
    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on projects feedback and announcements
    • Communicate and track key updates to teams across the organization
    • Conduct brand analyses and competitive case studies
    • Uphold brand guidelines attributes and processes
    • Manage and track social media requests
  • Project Management
    • Provide administrative support with meetings projects and budgets
    • Lead agendas notes recaps and followups
    • Manage stakeholder approvals and timing with key checkpoints
    • Additional duties as needed to meet business needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 years of professional work experience
  • Team player proactive collaborative and flexible
  • Bestinclass internal and external partner
  • Strong organizational skills and diligent followthrough
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting/competing priorities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic project management skills including note taking scheduling budgeting time management prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MAC including Keynote PowerPoint Teams OneDrive/SharePoint Outlook Excel and Word
  • Contribute to the advancement and actualization of UP&Es diversity equity and inclusion commitments

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in a major studio or working with entertainment brands
  • Experience in brand strategy management or marketing
  • Quick learner/comfortable with multiple internal systems

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to work in Universal City CA
  • Must be in the office TuesdayThursday
