Marketing Coordinator

• Propose long-term development strategy, and implementing development plan in accordance with each period of the Company and the provisions of law;
  
• Research product development trends, competitors products and services, customer needs, thereby proposing solutions to improve and develop new products
  
• Responsible for developing and managing a product roadmap that aligns with our companys goals and objectives.
  
• Oversee the development of new products, work with cross-functional teams to ensure that each product is designed to meet the needs of our customers.
  
• Work closely with the executive team to identify new opportunities in the securities market, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
  
• Lead the product team in developing and executing a product strategy that is aligned with our companys vision and goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in business, finance, banking or related majors.
  
• At least 7 years of work experience in the financial services industry.
  
• Work experience in large foreign financial organization is a plus.
  
• CFA certificate is preferred
  
• A strong understanding of market analysis, financial modeling, and risk management and derivative products such as futures, covered warrants, options,...
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
