Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

As an EntryLevel Marketing Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing successful campaigns for our clients. Youll contribute to various marketing initiatives assist in coordinating events and help drive brand visibility and engagement through creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote events products and services for client brands.
  
• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral including digital content social media posts newsletters and promotional materials.
  
• Support the coordination of event logistics including venue setup vendor coordination and onsite assistance during events.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends preferences and competitor activities.
  
• Assist in maintaining and updating digital marketing channels including websites social media platforms and email campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to campaign planning and execution.
  
• Provide administrative support including organizing marketing materials data entry and handling inquiries.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
  
• Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Detailoriented with a creative mindset and willingness to learn.
  
• Previous internship or experience in marketing event planning or a related field is a plus.
