Position: Marketing Asset Specialist
Location: Nashville TN 37203
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay rate: $2228/hr on W2
Shift: 8 hrs Shift in a Day. Hybrid will be 1 day on office and 4 remote per week but may require other days in office as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Highly organized and process driven with great attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of video production processes focused on postproduction workstreams file formatting asset and metadata management.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge in all aspects of creative video production particularly related to video/photo capture postproduction and media management.
• Ability to monitor postproduction processes to ensure efficiencies and timeliness of work including project start and final delivery.

Required/preferred experience:

• Bachelors degree in production film or similar focus or work equivalency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency creative studio production company inhouse marketing team or similar entities.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects required.
• Proficiency in digital media asset management software (such as Frame I/O Dropbox FTP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as project management applications (such as Workfront).
