This role involves analysing the marketing and growth trends of the organisation to meet strategic goals and objectives. The Marketing and Growth Analyst will be responsible for examining industry trends proposing and executing strategies and activities that increase market positioning share and growth. The Marketing and Growth Analyst will work with the Marketing Lead in directing and managing teams relationships and stakeholders that further the growth objectives of the organisation.


Responsibilities

Strategic
  • Participate in the preparation and management of monthly quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Monitor and report on team goals.
  • Analyse branding positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Provide viable suggestions on marketing direction including brand strategy positioning and gotomarket plans.
  • Assist in promoting strong and consistent brand message across all channels and marketing efforts (like events email campaigns web pages and promotional material).
  • Analyse consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.



Operational
  • Cocreate manage and execute multichannel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO social inbound marketing email mail/print campaigns and events( physical and virtual) to drive customer acquisition.
  • Establish closedloop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and convert customers.
  • Propose a rich content/editorial calendar (based on research) that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts whitepapers ebooks reports infographics etc.).
  • Analyse events (physical and virtual) calendar to ensure that it attracts a qualified audience (including webinars elearning training workshops conferences).
  • Conduct customer competitor and product research.
  • Work with the marketing team to create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team as well as monitor and grow customer database.
  • Support marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Review partnerships with third parties to manage performance marketing campaigns.
  • Help build a high performing team of B2B and B2C marketing and sales professionals.
  • Monitor ecosystem and online communities and ensure feedback mechanisms are in place and maximised.
  • Assist to negotiate and liaise with thirdparty marketing agencies.
  • Analyse the marketing budget ensuring the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
  • Provide input on the design and production of promotional materials such as websites and brochures email marketing etc.

  • BA in Marketing Branding or similar or equivalent experience.
  • Experience activating social media and paid marketing channels.
  • Experience working at startups or highgrowth businesses.
  • Tech and datasavvy and able to tell a story with sound data.
