Company Overview
1. Marketing and Communication
Support the Directors with the
sales (Associate recruitment) strategy arranging appointments, coordinating
itineraries, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Attending and supporting
appointments with, or on behalf of, the Directors, in the Netherlands and
abroad, as required, as often as possible
Associate membership management,
retention and recruitment
_C_reate and coordinate
distribution of project phase, specific marketing materials for programs and
events
Provide administrative support and
tracking for publications, including the WLSA Record
Coordinate and review WLSA website
content and design management with other staff members in all offices
Support the creation and delivery
of relevant e- newsletters
Support and coordinate meetings
with WLSA staff in all offices regarding current operational priorities;
distribute minutes and action/track follow-ups
Participate in discussions with
WLSA management regarding marketing for new programs, events, and follow-up of
existing programs and events
2. Market Research
Market Research for CHEER, as
required
3. Administration
With support from the Program
Manager, assist in the creation of processes, documents and policies to
support the delivery and growth of WLSA's activities
Plan itineraries, book hotels,
accommodation and travel as required
Attend meetings, take minutes,
keep notes and follow up on actions
Answer the telephone, and respond
to customer/stakeholder queries (telephone or written) in a timely and professional
manner
Administrative tasks to support
WLSA and CHEER services, programs and events. as required
Maintain accurate office records:
photocopying, filing and archiving paperwork
Proofread and amend documents in
English
Other tasks within reason
Working hours and remuneration
We are seeking a candidate who is available
to work full-time, 40 hours per week. The salary range is between 2,000 and
2,500 Euros gross per month, negotiable dependent on experience.

Job purpose summary
The Marketing and Events Coordinator

day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks and PA support to the
Directors.
