Marketing and Corporate Communication Analyst - 100 remote

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with a focus on Awards and Internal Communication is a strategic position within the agency with specific responsibilities related to the external recognition of the company through awards associations strategic alliances and effective management of internal communication..

We have presence throughout Latin America.

Requirements:

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a proven ability to draft persuasive and clear texts.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communication practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with various stakeholders.
• Detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and image editing tools is an advantage.
• Analytical ability to measure the impact of internal communication initiatives and awards participation.
• Advanced English proficiency Reading writing and conversation. Spanish is desirable.

The activities:

Awards Management:

• Identify opportunities for entry and participation in relevant industry awards or sector.
• Gather and analyze information necessary for the preparation of accurate and impactful submissions.
• Work closely with other teams (such as Product Sales and Communications) to obtain data and success stories that highlight the companys achievements.
• Write and edit highquality award proposals that convincingly showcase the companys accomplishments.
• Manage the application process from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met.

Internal Communication:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Collaborate with People and Management area to ensure corporate messages are effectively conveyed.
• Create content for intranet newsletters emails and other internal platforms.
• Organize internal events such as meetings lectures and workshops to promote corporate culture and values.
• Organize leading meetings and trainings.
• Monitor employee feedback and adjust communication strategies as needed.
