Our fascination with the sector began painfully during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 where we had a frontrow seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire shortdated funding markets.

Our regulated FixedTerm Fund platform delivers new digital pipelines to connect cashrich firms to institutional borrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds Asset Managers listed Corporates highgrowth tech companies and many more.

Tasks

Youll be part of a small dynamic and growing team at the heart of a fintech business making an impact.

Youll be working directly with the Head of Marketing who brings two decadesworth of experience working with many wellknown brands in the financial services corporate and consumer sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketeer in the early stages of their career looking to develop their skills and play a meaningful role in delivering the marketing and brand strategy for a disruptive fintech.

Youd be working with a fresh brand and visual identity that gives itself the freedom to challenge expectations.

What were looking for:

  • 12 years of marketing experience (preferably within financial services).
  • You would offer support across the Marketing team and in doing so learn from those tasked with events campaign and digital management.
  • Youll have an appreciation of the importance of being clientoriented in your communications.
  • Youre a creative individual able to support the team in the creation and distribution of BAU communications and onbrand content.
  • Youre comfortable supporting external events material and promotion (inperson and hybrid webinars and exhibition etc).
  • You have experience of working with stakeholders to deadlines and able to manage expectations.
  • Great team worker and relationship builder working with both internal and external parties (Eg: exhibition suppliers graphic designers).
  • Ability to adapt and willingness to learn and upskill.

Requirements

What youll bring: Skills and experience

  • Software and web apps: Working knowledge of the Google app suite (Google Docs Sheets etc) Mailchimp (adjusting graphics working with segmented lists) Wordpress (able to assist in maintaining content blogs etc) and Zoom (orgaining webinars/events).
  • A candidate with a working / beginnerintermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign is highly preferred as we periodically update presales literature (Adobe Photoshop would be a bonus).
  • Youd be comfortable distributing content across digital channels (social website etc).
  • Youre happy to assist in writing shortform content in conjunction with domain experts in the firm (posts email content press releases etc) and understand the importance of good attention to detail.
  • We value candidates with willingness to roll up their sleeves up along with the rest of the team to achieve shared ambitions.
