Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Chennai for a Manual Tester. The Manual Tester will be responsible for developing and executing manual tests to ensure software quality. The Manual Tester will also be responsible for creating test plans identifying defects and working with the development team to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in manual testing of software applications
- Ability to write and execute test cases scripts and reports
- 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium Appium or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies tools and techniques
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automation testing using tools and technologies such as Selenium Appium TestComplete or any other similar tools/technologies.
