Manual Senior QA Engineer

Utilizes a network of thousands of independent technicians throughout the US that are hand-selected, vetted, and background-checked to provide a top-notch customer experience for a wide range of services, including computer support, smart home device installation, home office setup, and product sales.

Tasks

• Perform manual white and black box testing
• Gathering required information/documents from various sources and evaluating the information for testing
• Design and implement test cases and checklists by leveraging requirements documentation and other project related material
• Build robust, scalable, and high-quality test solutions for functional, regression and feature testing
• Investigate defects on different environments using logging system
• Manage defects using defect tracking tool

Requirements

• 5+ years of manual testing
• 1+ years of experience working with Cypress
• Ability to plan, design, and execute testing of software apps including mobile
  and desktop.
• Strong hands-on manual functional testing experience
• Strong testing automation experience via Cypress
• Experience with Scrum or other agile methodology
• Knowledge of SQL, web services, and automation frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
