Managing Director of IT Staffing

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $150000.00 $200000.00

Commission Structure: Performance based bonus and annual bonus

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working as a Managing Director or VP of a IT staffing division
  • Proven track record of growing IT staffing divisions with a comprehensive understanding of the industry
  • Ability to introduce implement and reinforce effective processes to accelerate the division’s growth
  • Insights on how to optimize work tools and processes

About the Company

This longstanding multivertical staffing firm has been in the business for 40 years under the same owner. Their lean team of tenured staff make for an efficient and effective group to work with. Medical Dental Vision 401k and PTO are offered.

About the Role

You will be responsible to join a multimillion dollar IT staffing division with the clear goal to increase division revenue focus the direction of the firm and maximize the use of the resources provided. There are not any geographical restrictions and the market is wide open for your team to come in and make their mark. The spectrum of roles they are working on can range from Help Desk to CTO/CIO opportunities for both temp and perm placements.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the revenue of the IT Staffing division by making changes to optimize processes
  • Hire train lead and fire candidates to ensure an effective and efficient team
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure coverage on the opportunities available
  • Maintain productive talent delivery mechanisms
  • Implement division changes as needed based off of your knowledge and experience
  • Work closely with the company’s CEO and Owner to provide clear direction for your division

Candidate Requirements
