Job Description

Bank Partnerships and Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth onboarding settlement and reconciliation processes.

Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with banking partners to optimize pricing fees and service levels.

Settlements and Reconciliation:

Oversee daily settlement processes ensuring accurate and timely fund transfers between merchant accounts and bank accounts.

Implement robust reconciliation procedures to reconcile transaction data identify discrepancies and resolve settlementrelated issues promptly.

Fraud Management and Risk Mitigation:

Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies to mitigate risks associated with payment processing and transaction fraud.

Monitor transaction patterns analyze fraud trends and collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to implement effective fraud prevention measures.

Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:

Drive operational efficiency by optimizing backend support processes systems and workflows.

Identify areas for improvement implement best practices and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of banking backend support specialists providing guidance coaching and performance feedback.

Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning within the team to drive excellence and achieve organizational goals.
