Manager Sr Manager Accounts Finance

• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department
• Oversee the accounting monthly and yearend closure process. Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
• Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements i.e. both standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement.
• Coordinating with external auditors to get the yearend audits completed.
• Review of journal entries accruals provision amortizations and BS reconciliation. Ensuring all operational transactions are properly captured in the accounting and ensuring whether the proper process is followed.
• Key contributor in Income tax TDS GST and Transfer pricing compliance including preparation/review of deliverables liaising with the consultant and ensuring monthly quarterly and annual compliances are done
• Participate and lead the key accounting projects as and when undertaken.
• Ensuring smooth flow of data and information from business to Finance and vice versa.
• This position will support the Management in all aspects of financial accounting reporting systems procedures and policies.

• Chartered Accountant Having a minimum experience of 5 years of experience in preparation of both Accounting and management and statutory accounts and Taxation.
• Have led a team size of at least 812 FTEs in a current or previous stint
• Preferred candidate with a prior Real Estate Construction Infrastructure EPC
• Exposure to IND AS including migration from Indian GAAP to IND AS
• Strong Knowledge of Tally
• Good team handling skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of working on the Farvision ERP will be an added advantage
