Manager Senior Manager - MA Taxation

Responsibilities:

Person should be a qualified CA CS MBA Finance with 67 years of PQE.

Should have knowledge of the applicable laws valuation taxation and process relating to mergers acquisitions demergers and corporate restructuring including Companies Act taxation accounting and sebi laws etc.

Should have experience of at least 45 years in advising clients on issues relating to corporate restructuring merger demergers and related aspects in a reputed consulting company/firm.

The responsibilities would also include leading client engagements providing strategic advice managing due diligence processes finalising and making management and board presentations on plans and schemes etc.

Should have strong leadership team management clients management and projects implementation and monitoring aptitude.
