Responsibilities:
1. Undertake secondary research on a host of social issues, competition analysis, market landscaping etc.
2. Create conceptual notes, proposals, and pitches thematic areas of work like livelihoods,
health at workplace, women's empowerment etc., that require critical analysis and strategic thinking
3. Translate the above work into crisp decks
4. Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements
5. Work with data and analysis tools for program management and insights
6. Take on and manage multiple projects going on simultaneously
7. Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the service lines
of company.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm/ program management role
2. MBA, MPA/MPP from reputed university/institute
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Very strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
5. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Project management experience
7. High interest working in Social Impact Space, and ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines
