Production Process Management: The Dental Laboratory Manager is responsible for organizing and overseeing all production operations related to the manufacturing of dental prosthetics and other dental technical products.

Personnel Management: The Manager recruits trains and manages the laboratory staff including dental technicians assistants and other team members.

Production Planning: The Manager develops production plans sets deadlines for orders and allocates tasks among team members.

Client Interaction: The Manager maintains client relationships advises clients on orderrelated issues resolves any arising problems and ensures a high level of customer service.

Team Building Skills: The Manager cultivates team spirit and cooperation among laboratory employees promoting the creation of an effective and cohesive work group.

Required Skills:

Leadership Skills: The Manager must be an effective leader capable of inspiring and motivating the team to achieve common goals.

Organizational Skills: The Manager should be highly organized and able to efficiently manage time and resources to meet objectives.

Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze data and identify problems helps improve production processes and customer service.
