Job Description
Responsible for entire production planning and control of unit right from fabric inhouse to shipment out going.
Monitoring daily production details.
Follow up & guiding quality team periodically
Instructing all team members to improve productivity by regularly conducting review meetings.
Ensure on time shipment of planned quantity.
Coordinate with merchandising team in case of any issues related to raw material etc.
In case of critical issues discusses with Factory Manager / Head Operations to take proper decisions.
Responsible to adopt and ensure all safety precautions are adhered as per their job requirement.
They are required to contribute towards environmental health & safety implementation
Should have the capacity of handling 500 Machineries
Corresponding with Merchandisers
Coordinating within house designers for the developments of the artworks received from the customers.
Checking of the samples before being presented to the customer for quality color size etc.
Confirming bulk orders for the best possible prices and having the same executed through the skilled workers.
Making sure that the workers are having a neat friendly and healthy work environment.
Achieving daily production targets.
