Role & Responsibilities:
Forming and maintaining employee records/ personnel files.
Updating databases internally such as causal sick and maternity leaves.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents i.e. Code of Conduct Offer Letters Appointment Letters Confirmation Letter Termination Letters etc.
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Communicating with external partners.
Reporting regularly on HR KPIs such as company turnover rate Absenteeism rate Training effectiveness rate etc.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
Review the attendance sheet on daily basis prepared by Admin Officer
Review the monthly Salary Sheet prepared by Admin Officer
Post job ads on different social media networks
Shortlisting of Resumes as per job specification and job description.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Prepare orientation plans and conduct training of newly hired employees.
Conduct the performance Evaluation of employees during Probation period and also on annually basis.
Helping with various arrangements internally from travel to processing expenses with Admin Officer.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and growth.
Ensure resignation letters are received for employees who intend to leave.
Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share with Manager HR and admin on a monthly basis.
Follow up for the clearance certificate and ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timeline.
Any additional task assigned by Top Management.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA HR/ MBA MHRM or equivalent 16 Years of education
5 years experience as HR & OD Manager preferably in a manufacturing setup
Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration
Excellent telephone verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good problemsolving skills.
Present information in forms tables and spreadsheets.
MS Office Skills
