JOb Role: Preparation of Financial Statements for Statutory Reporting and Internal Reporting requirements on a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis Finalization of Trial Balances and provisions on a monthly/quarterly basis Consolidation of financials and accounting for M&A transactions and related integrations Analytical review and variance analysis along with related reconciliations Fixed Asset Management. Related Party Transactions Record Monitor and ensure compliance & reporting Actively participate in quarterly audits to ensure smooth and timely audits Support and provide requisite information to the other Teams on various inputs for reconciliations/statement submissions etc. Prepare adhoc analyses and work on special projects on a need basis.
Job Requirement:

- Working in BIG4/BIG10 in statutory audit and assurance profile and handling the audit of manufacturing/trading entities.
- Working in the manufacturing sector and handling the preparation of monthly/annual accounts.
- Knowledge of IndAS and ScheduleIII.
