Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager
for one of the leading companies providing turnkey solutions for all Doors & Frames
requirements of Real Estate Developers.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the daytoday financial operations within the company ( and other
transactions)
Prepare daily weekly monthly and quarterly management reporting
Participate in strategic data analysis research and modelling for senior company
leadership
Support project profitability analysis validation of plans and adhoc requests
Manage the companys financial accounting monitoring and reporting systems
Prepare the yearly financial accounts and setup the correct SOPs for the finance
team
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; CA Inter / CA is a plus
810 years of experience in accounting and minimum of 3 years of managing a
team.
Ability to handle AR/AP prepare cashflow and manage the entire audit process.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with seniorlevel business partners
Excellent business judgment analytical and decisionmaking skills
Knowledge of financial reporting tools MIS preparation & taxation
Strong demonstrated use of Excel.
