Location: Chennai
Should have Sound knowledge in Automated line System Design SPM development in electric vehicles waste management water management Pharma life sciences food and beverages.
Complete EndtoEnd knowledge (design simulation and controls Engineering) is desirable.
Exposure to latest design software is preferred.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas where automation can be applied.
Develop and implement automation solutions that increase efficiency and productivity while reducing costs.
Test and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies and trends in the industry.
Develop documentation and training materials for automated systems.
Work with vendors and suppliers to source components and materials for automated systems.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure the successful integration of automated systems into existing processes.
Should be well versed in Bug raising Bugs Tracking & Prepare Bug Report Document.
Should have experiences on 3D Modeling using various CAD and their Motion Analysis.
Strong in preparing the 2D Manufacturing Drawing using Geometrical Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T)
Should have knowledge in Material Selection and Manufacturing Process and know to generate Bill of Material by Utilizing PTC Windchill PLM Software
