Our direct client is looking for a manager in the Department Patient Care/Hospital in Clackamas OR (onsite).

Job Summary:

Accountable for management of a patient care unit(s). Partners with healthcare team to assure quality patient/family centered care.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience as RN.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in health care field.

Education

• BSN or healthrelated bachelors degree.

License Certification Registration

• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

• Basic Life Support within 1 months of hire

Additional Requirements:

• N/A

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of previous experience in similar role.
• Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge in area of clinical expertise.
• Financial/economic principles
• Nurse Practice Act JCAHO Labor Law all related and affiliate contracts workmens comp KSMC policies and procedures Human Resource Policies and Procedures OSHA CMS Health Department Employee benefits National Labor Relations Board standards of practice of professional organizations.
• Masters degree.
