Role and Responsibilities:
The ManagerCampus Sourcing will be responsible for leading and executing the global campus sourcing strategy for Risk Resources LLP. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders across multiple locations identifying and engaging highquality prospects and candidates and managing endtoend execution of campus projects. The role will also involve project administration tracking and management as well as people management responsibilities.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 48 years of relevant work experience in campus recruitment with a graduate or masters degree. Strong communication skills proficiency in MS Excel analytical skills and experience in processoriented approaches are essential. Previous people management experience is crucial.
