Position: Managed Printer Services Tech I
Location: 8283 Greensboro Drive McLean VA 22102
Duration: 23 Months (Contract to Hire)
Schedule: M F 8AM 5PM
Description:
- Primary KDC (Key Device Contact) supporting and coordinating activities with the clients Managed Print Services (MPS) team
- Visit each printer daily to verify supplies toner errors and maintenance needed.
- Resolve printer technical issues onsite and/or remote diagnostics updating printer admin passwords and providing MACD services as requested
- TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have Printer knowledge/ troubleshooting and customer support experience
- How many overall years of experience should this person have 2 years of printer support experience
