Job Description

Wage: $30/hr
Schedule: 8:00am 3:30pm
Location: Windsor (not on bus route)
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting mopping etc.
Conduct minor fixes such as repairing broken locks filling gaps in walls etc.
Install appliances and equipment
Maintain garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. )
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Requirements and Skills:
Must be mechanically inclined
Experience using hand tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
