The Maintenance Technician provides preventative maintenance on all equipment and repairs various types of other equipment. Responsible for the grounds and sites appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Performance preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Repairs mixers, mills, and other various types of equipment.
- Operates forklift.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and equipment.
- Maintains exterior grounds and site appearance.
- Fabricates piping and equipment when needed.
- Maintains work order logs, records parts used for repairs, and time required to perform the job.
- Supported by SAP Maintenance program.
- Participates and provides support with 5S program.
- Adhere to all safety requirements/guidelines while performing responsibilities.
- Communicates accurately, concisely and professionally with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
Requirements
Requirements / Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Able to work independently
- Good at problem solving and troubleshooting
- Adapts to changing circumstances and priorities
