Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties such as plumbing and repairs. He/she will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor with a dotted line to the Operations Manager.
Education
This requires a basic understanding of plumbing electrical systems and carpentry.

Education
- High school diploma
- Additional relevant education training and certificates are a plus.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven experience with plumbing electrical systems carpentry and any other relevant skills
This requires a basic understanding of plumbing electrical systems and carpentry.

- Repair company equipment tools etc. as soon as possible.
- Conduct electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Paint fill and otherwise maintain surfaces such as walls and ceilings.
- Inspect and report major repairs.
- Conduct checks to ensure equipment and tools are functioning at the required standard.
- Conduct periodic performance assessments of company appliances (e.g. coffee makers refrigerators etc.)
- Comply with company regulations and policies.

- Continued aesthetic appeal of the property.
