• At least high school graduate
  
• Minimum of 1year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician
  
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & and paint retouch work basic plumbing repair works
  
• Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule from time to time;
  
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Oriented towards providing a high customer service satisfaction;
  
• Hardworking proactive assertive team player and can work under pressure;
  
• Can respond to site emergency calls on outofoffice hours
  
• Preferably with NC II
  
• Knowledgeable of the ff:
  

• Plumbing installation and maintenance
  
• Electrical system opt and maintenance
  
• CCTV system
  
• Door Access
  
• HVAC Opt and Maintenance (Centralized AC Pacu and VRF)
  
• Civil Works Repair and Maintenance
  

• Adheres to the facility upkeep sanitation and maintenance program set by Emapta
  
• Responsible for the Daily Upkeep of the Facility
  
• Makes sure that the schedule in the Facility Up Keep and Sanitation schedule are met and completed
  
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  
• Performing preventive maintenance as required by the Maintenance head/s.
  
• Handling repairs and maintenance such as plumbing electrical electronics mechanical and civil works.
  
• Oversees contractors when professional repairs are necessary
  
• Effectively build relationships with available vendors to ensure smoother collaboration
  
• Assists FA / Immediate Supervisor on all siterelated concerns
  
• Adheres to the internal processes and policies set by the Utility Management Program and the FA Department
  
• Perform any administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by any of the Company s representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment.
