- Maintenance of the school site, its buildings, playgrounds, yards, facilities, equipment and furniture.
- Maintaining the highest level of public safety and hygiene throughout the school and its facilities to ensure the comfort of students and staff.
- Supervising and following-up the performance of preventive maintenance, repair, and installation works with regard to electrical and sanitary works, in the internal and external places of the school and the surrounding yards.
- Supervision and follow-up to the work of buses and cafeteria work in the school.
- Supervising and following up on procurement, budgeting, and any administrative tasks that he may be assigned and related to his work
