Job Description:
Provide and support mainly mainframe applications that handle Claims you will work as Business Analyst in the team where you will be fully assigned to activities related to projects & maintenance. With our Claims business stakeholders your role will be to define business requirements (including test cases) follow up the IT delivery and in some cases test the features delivered by our development team before handing over to business.
- Collect and write business requirements. Active role in requirements definition by being able to challenge business demands.
- Ensure the proper maturity of the requirements before passing them to the development team
- Involve the testing team in the requirements phase to prepare the tests scenarios &/or prepare and perform tests yourself
- Escalate delivery risks in due time and work on the resolution of defects/issues
- Support the smooth transition from application project to maintenance by documenting the application(s
Requirements
Your profile For this function as Business Analyst you are expected to :
- Speak fluently French and English Dutch is an asset
- Own a Master degree or equivalent
- Be stress resistant and resultoriented
- Eager to learn
To be successful for this role, you must be a born leader, with exposure to Consulting or a Project Context , coupled with Financial Services. Requirements: Relevant Consulting experience Financial Services experience (Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance) Core Banking processes Digital Disruption Project Management / BA experience
