Job Skills and Responsibilities:

• Performs installation monitoring testing configuration migration maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC)
• Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC). JAMF Certifications a plus
• Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations.
• Performs oncall activities as needed for the environment and technologies.
• Writes programming/scripting.
• MAC OS Engineer Starting from Hardware standards Imaging & deployment and maintenance of Automatic Software Distribution.
• Managing updating and distributing applications and software using JAMF to MAC users
• Work with IT Team Product team to gather requirements for Application packaging and follow Change Management processes for successful releases to MAC environment.
• Work with security team to ensure that desktop environment is secured
