We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Research Engineer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in machine learning a passion for research and a drive to
solve challenging problems. As an AI/ML Research Engineer you will work closely with our research
team to develop and implement cuttingedge algorithms and models conduct experiments and
contribute to the advancement of our AI/ML technology stack.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the research team to define research objectives and develop novel AI/ML
solutions.
Conduct literature reviews and stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI/ML research.
Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address specific research challenges.
Develop software prototypes and proofofconcept implementations to validate research ideas.
Analyze experimental results and iterate on models to improve performance and robustness.
Work closely with engineers to integrate research prototypes into production systems..
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of research goals with business objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI/ML and related fields.
Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related field
with a focus on machine learning artificial intelligence or a related discipline.
12 years of experience in AI/ML research and development including handson experience
with algorithm design implementation and experimentation.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals including supervised and
unsupervised learning deep learning reinforcement learning and probabilistic modeling.
Experience with data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
Proficiency in mathematics and statistics with a strong foundation in linear algebra calculus
probability theory and optimization.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
Demonstrated track record of research excellence including publications in toptier
conferences or journals (preferred but not required).
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and
requirements.
