Role and Responsibilities:
As a Loyalty Sales Consultant at Kezan consulting the key responsibilities include lead generation selling Accor Plus memberships renewal activities and administrative tasks. The position requires frequent interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. The primary focus is to achieve set sales targets maintain renewal statistics and adhere to Accor Advantage Plus T&C and sales policies. The role demands proactive lead generation use of effective sales scripts and consistent performance in converting renewals. Additionally the candidate will be expected to participate in team projects and perform other functions as advised by the Hyderabad office. The Loyalty Sales Consultant will report to the Regional Manager and work within the designated calling area demonstrating professionalism and utilizing modern selling techniques provided. The main complexity and critical issues in the job revolve around achieving new sales targets acquiring referrals and ensuring high renewal conversion rates.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales preferably within the hotel industry. Computer literacy strong verbal and written communication skills fluency in English networking abilities and relationshipbuilding skills are essential. The candidate must exhibit good interpersonal skills attention to detail effective teamwork the ability to meet deadlines and a serviceoriented approach. Additionally the individual should demonstrate lateral thinking persistence innovative and consultative skills as well as a positive and flexible attitude.
